Tips from my weight loss story


  1. Eat enough food!  The body can’t function without it’s fuel!  You'll need a The least 1200 calories each day for lady, however i personally recommend a minimum of 1500, however, youshould talk to your physician for any better amount.  Keep in mind should you not eat enough, the body adopts starvation mode and can store everything as fat.  Also by eating to much, you’ll gain!   Remember 1lbs is 3500 calories!   The body burns calories whenever we do nothing at all so dont’ think you’ll gain 3500 calories by eating that per week.
  2. Count your calories, a minimum of for that first couple of weeks.  You’d be blown away in what you believe is good and isn't.  I had been consuming a thin vanilla latte along with a low-fat cinnamon swirl coffee cake for breakfast time, which was over 500 calories.  Not smart, as well as I had been hungry some time after breakfast, that can bring me to #3.
  3. Eat breakfast!  As Mother always stated it’s the most crucial meal during the day which is.  Your system needs fuel to hurry your metabolic process and to help you get going.  I love to eat yogurt with fruit and granola, or oatmeal with Greek Yogurt, and often pancakes and eggs.  I love to eat about 300 calories in the morning.  Getting full hearty meals, with protein, a pinch of fat and carbs could keep me filled for three or four hrs.
  4. Snacks!  Snacks are essential to help keep the metabolic process flowing.  I consume a mid morning snack for example hummus and veggies, or a bit of fruit, hard steamed egg, granola or perhaps yogurt. Just avoid bad foods, like chocolate, fried stuff and absolutely nothing greater then 100 - 150 calories
  5. Read Labels!  When you purchase junk foods to consume, read your labels, not things are not a good idea, however, many stuff is.  I consider the calories, meal, carbs, protein, fiber and sugar.  If it is have less fiber and protein, I do not have it.  If it is full of fat and sodium I place it back to the shelf.  Be considered a smart consumer and browse individuals labels.  Should you can’t pronounce and ingrediant, it’s most likely harmful to you.  Don’t purchase something since the package states low-fat or no sugar added, that  doesn’t mean crap!  Sugar Alcohol continues to be sugar!!!   As well as if it is lower in fat, it’s high elsewhere, they have to add something to perserve and add flavor.
